What is the technology?

Our process granulates molten EAF slag to create LoopCem™, a high-performing and low-carbon SCM with up to 90% lower than OPC.

Why our technology is unique

Our quenching technology achieves cooling rates 10–100× faster than conventional slag granulation, and uses rapid undercooling to shatter and solidify molten slag instantly.

Our thermodynamic modelling and empirical validation ensure consistent phase structure across different slag chemistries, enabling the production of a globally deployable SCM — strong, safe, and compliant with EU and US standards.
